Hangzhou Blackstone Dimension Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Smart Packer mobile application (the "App"). Please read this policy carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on the distribution channel through which you downloaded the App:

• Global Versions (App Store / Google Play) No Account Registration Required. If you downloaded the App from the global Apple App Store or Google Play Store, we DO NOT collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number.
• Mainland China Android Markets Account Information. To comply with local regulations and to manage user licenses, Android versions distributed via Mainland China app markets (e.g., Huawei, Xiaomi, Tencent) require user registration. In this specific scenario, we may collect your phone number (for SMS verification) or authorized third-party account details (such as WeChat OpenID, nickname, and avatar).
• Mainland China Android Markets Device Identifiers. For the Mainland China Android versions, we collect your Android ID, device model, and OS version to manage your free trial quotas securely and prevent abuse.
• Mainland China Android Markets Cloud Sync Data. To provide account login, independent payment licensing, multi-device cloud synchronization, backup, and restoration, Mainland China Android versions upload and store the data you create in the App, including cargo data, cargo library records, pending cargo, packing history, loading plans, vehicle and container profiles, custom settings, notes, and related operation records.

2. Handling of Your Business & Calculation Data

Your logistics and cargo data is handled differently depending on the version you use.

• Global Versions: For App Store and Google Play users, cargo parameters, vehicle fleets, custom containers, cargo library data, and 3D loading plans you generate are processed and stored locally on your physical device. We do not transmit, upload, or analyze this business data on our servers.
• iCloud Sync (iOS Users): If you choose to enable iCloud synchronization on your Apple devices, your data is securely transmitted and stored within your private Apple iCloud database. We, as the developers, have zero access to your iCloud data. It is encrypted by Apple and remains strictly private to your Apple ID.
• Mainland China Android Cloud Sync: For Mainland China Android account users, your App data is synchronized to our servers so that your account, Pro license, cargo library, loading history, packing plans, vehicle information, custom container information, and other App records can be restored and used across supported Android devices. We use this data only to provide the App's account, licensing, cloud sync, backup, restore, customer support, and security functions. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising profiling.

3. Device Permissions & Hardware Access

To provide core functionalities, the App may request the following device permissions. You can manage these permissions at any time through your device settings:

• Camera (iOS only): Required exclusively for the Augmented Reality (AR) Scanner feature to visually measure cargo dimensions. The camera feed is processed locally in real-time by the device's neural engine. We do not record video, take photographs, or upload any camera feed to the internet.
• Storage/Files: Requested only when you utilize the "Export PDF" feature. This permission allows the App to write the generated PDF report to your device's local file system. We do not scan, read, or access your personal photo albums or unrelated documents.
• Network/Internet: Required to communicate with your respective App Store (Apple App Store, Google Play) to validate your purchase receipts for the Pro version. For Mainland China Android users, network access is required to communicate with our servers for account login, payment and license verification, cloud synchronization, backup, restoration, and security checks.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not integrate any third-party advertising trackers in any version of the App. The following SDKs are included only in the Mainland China Android version and are used only after you agree to this Privacy Policy and actively use the corresponding login or payment function.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

For Global Users: Because we do not hold your business data, you are in full control. Deleting or uninstalling the App from your device will erase locally stored historical calculation data, subject to your device backup and iCloud settings.
For Mainland China Android Account Users: You have the right to delete your account at any time via the in-app "Settings > Delete Account" menu. Upon deletion, your account information and cloud-synchronized App data, including cargo library data, packing history, loading plans, vehicle information, custom container information, and related records, will be deleted or anonymized from our servers within 15 business days, in accordance with applicable laws. Please note that deleting your account will result in the irrevocable loss of your purchased Pro membership.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document or by displaying a prominent notice within the App.

• 全球版（App Store 及 Google Play） 无需注册账号。 如果您通过全球的 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 商店下载本应用，我们绝对不会收集您的姓名、电子邮件或电话号码等任何个人身份信息（PII）。
• 中国大陆安卓版 账号与认证信息。 为了遵守当地法律法规，通过中国大陆安卓应用市场（如华为、小米、腾讯等）发行的版本需要用户注册账号。在此特定情况下，我们可能会收集您的手机号码（用于短信验证码）或您授权的第三方账号信息（如微信 OpenID、昵称和头像）。
• 中国大陆安卓版 设备标识符。 对于中国大陆安卓版，为了安全地发放免费试用额度并防止恶意刷单滥用，我们需要获取您的 Android ID、设备型号及操作系统版本。
• 中国大陆安卓版 云同步数据。 为了提供账号登录、独立支付授权、多设备云同步、备份与恢复功能，中国大陆安卓版会将您在应用内创建的数据上传并存储至我们的服务器，包括但不限于装箱数据、货品库记录、待装货品、历史记录、装箱方案、车辆与集装箱信息、自定义设置、备注及相关操作记录。

2. 业务与计算数据的处理

您的物流与货品数据会根据您使用的版本采用不同的处理方式：

• 全球版： 对于 App Store 与 Google Play 用户，您输入的货物参数、建立的车辆库、自定义集装箱、货品库数据以及生成的 3D 装载方案，均存储于您的物理设备本地。我们不会将这些业务数据传输、上传或分析至我们的服务器。
• iCloud 同步（仅限 iOS 用户）： 若您在苹果设备上开启了 iCloud 同步功能，您的数据将通过 Apple 提供的加密通道，在您私有的 Apple iCloud 数据库中进行同步。作为开发者，我们绝对无法查看、访问或获取您的 iCloud 云端数据。 该数据对我们完全不可见。
• 中国大陆安卓版云同步： 对于中国大陆安卓版账号用户，您的应用数据会同步至我们的服务器，以便您的账号、Pro 授权、货品库、装箱历史、装箱方案、车辆信息、自定义集装箱信息及其他应用记录能够在支持的安卓设备间恢复和使用。我们仅将这些数据用于提供账号、授权、云同步、备份、恢复、客户支持与安全风控功能，不会出售这些数据，也不会将其用于广告画像。

3. 设备权限与硬件访问

为了提供核心功能，本应用可能会在必要时向您申请以下系统权限。您可以在系统设置中随时管理这些权限：

• 相机权限 (仅限 iOS 端)： 仅用于增强现实（AR）扫描仪功能，以便通过视觉识别测量货物尺寸。相机画面完全由设备本地的神经网络引擎实时处理。我们绝不会进行录像、拍照保存，或将任何镜头画面上传至互联网。
• 存储/文件权限： 仅当您主动使用“导出 PDF 报告”功能时申请。此权限允许本应用将生成的 PDF 文件写入您的设备本地文件系统。我们不会扫描、读取或访问您的私人相册或其他无关文档。
• 网络权限： 用于连接您所使用的应用商店（Apple App Store 或 Google Play）以验证您的 Pro 版购买凭证。对于中国大陆安卓用户，网络权限用于连接我们的服务器，以完成账号登录、支付与授权校验、云同步、备份、恢复及安全风控。

4. 第三方服务 SDK

我们未在本应用中集成用于广告追踪的第三方 SDK。以下 SDK 仅集成于中国大陆安卓版，并仅会在您同意本《隐私政策》且主动使用相应登录或支付功能后调用。

5. 数据的保留与删除

全球版用户： 由于我们不持有您的业务数据，您拥有对本地数据的控制权。从设备上卸载或删除本应用将删除本地保存的历史计算数据，但仍可能受您的设备备份或 iCloud 设置影响。
中国大陆安卓版账号用户： 您随时有权注销您的账户。您可以在 App 内通过“设置 > 注销账号”进行操作。注销申请提交后，根据相关法律法规，您的账号信息及已云同步的应用数据（包括货品库数据、装箱历史、装箱方案、车辆信息、自定义集装箱信息及相关记录）将在 15 个工作日内从我们的服务器上删除或匿名化处理。请注意，注销账号将导致您已购买的 Pro 会员权益不可撤销地丧失。

我们可能会不时更新本《隐私政策》。如有重大变更，我们将通过更新文档顶部的“生效日期”或在应用内弹出显著通知的方式告知您。

1. 収集する情報

当社が収集する情報は、本アプリをダウンロードした配信チャネルによって異なります。

• グローバル版（App Store / Google Play） アカウント登録不要。 グローバルな Apple App Store または Google Play ストアから本アプリをダウンロードした場合、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人を特定できる情報（PII）は一切収集しません。
• 中国本土向け Android 版 アカウント情報。 地域の規制を遵守するため、中国本土のアプリ市場（Huawei、Xiaomi、Tencentなど）を通じて配信されるAndroid版では、ユーザー登録が必要です。この場合、電話番号や承認されたサードパーティのアカウント情報（WeChat OpenIDなど）を収集する場合があります。
• 中国本土向け Android 版 デバイス識別子およびクラウド同期データ。 中国本土向けAndroid版では、無料試用枠、不正利用防止、アカウントログイン、独立した決済ライセンス、クラウド同期、バックアップおよび復元のため、Android ID、デバイスモデル、OSバージョンに加え、アプリ内で作成した貨物データ、貨物ライブラリ、保留中の貨物、履歴、積載プラン、車両およびコンテナ情報、カスタム設定、メモ、関連する操作記録を当社サーバーにアップロードして保存します。

2. ビジネスデータおよび計算データの取り扱い

物流および貨物データの取り扱いは、ご利用のバージョンによって異なります。

• グローバル版： App StoreおよびGoogle Playユーザーについては、貨物パラメータ、車両データ、カスタムコンテナ、貨物ライブラリ、3D積載プランはお客様の物理デバイス上で保存および処理されます。当社がこの業務データをサーバーに送信、アップロード、または分析することはありません。
• iCloud 同期（iOSユーザー）： AppleデバイスでiCloud同期を有効にすることを選択した場合、データはプライベートなApple iCloudデータベース内に安全に保存されます。開発者である当社は、お客様のiCloudデータにアクセスすることは一切できません。 データはAppleによって暗号化されており、厳重に保護されています。
• 中国本土向けAndroid版のクラウド同期： 中国本土向けAndroid版のアカウントユーザーについては、アカウント、Proライセンス、貨物ライブラリ、積載履歴、積載プラン、車両情報、カスタムコンテナ情報およびその他のアプリ記録を、対応するAndroidデバイス間で復元および利用できるよう、当社サーバーに同期します。当社はこれらのデータを、アカウント、ライセンス、クラウド同期、バックアップ、復元、カスタマーサポートおよびセキュリティ目的にのみ使用し、広告プロファイリングのために販売または利用することはありません。

3. デバイス権限とハードウェアアクセス

コア機能を提供するため、本アプリは以下のデバイス権限を要求する場合があります。

• カメラ（iOSのみ）： 貨物の寸法を視覚的に測定するAR（拡張現実）スキャナー機能にのみ必要です。カメラ映像はデバイスのニューラルエンジンによってローカルでリアルタイム処理されます。動画の録画、写真の撮影、カメラ映像のインターネットへのアップロードは一切行いません。
• ストレージ/ファイル： 「PDFをエクスポート」機能を使用する場合にのみ要求されます。この権限は、生成されたPDFレポートをデバイスのローカルファイルシステムに保存するために使用されます。個人の写真や無関係なドキュメントにアクセスすることはありません。
• ネットワーク/インターネット： Pro版の購入を検証するためにアプリストアと通信するために使用されます。中国本土向けAndroid版では、アカウントログイン、決済およびライセンス確認、クラウド同期、バックアップ、復元、セキュリティ確認のために当社サーバーと通信します。

4. サードパーティ SDK

広告追跡 SDK は組み込んでいません。以下の SDK は中国本土向け Android 版にのみ含まれ、ユーザーが本プライバシーポリシーに同意し、対応するログインまたは決済機能を能動的に使用した場合にのみ呼び出されます。

5. データの保持と削除

グローバルユーザーの場合： 当社はお客様の業務データを保持していないため、デバイスから本アプリを削除またはアンインストールすることで、ローカルに保存された履歴計算データは削除されます。ただし、端末バックアップまたはiCloud設定の影響を受ける場合があります。
中国本土向けAndroid版のアカウントユーザーの場合： アプリ内の「設定 > アカウント削除」からいつでもアカウント削除を申請できます。削除後、アカウント情報およびクラウド同期されたアプリデータ（貨物ライブラリ、積載履歴、積載プラン、車両情報、カスタムコンテナ情報、関連記録を含みます）は、適用法に従い15営業日以内に当社サーバーから削除または匿名化されます。アカウント削除により、購入済みのPro会員権も取り消し不能に失われます。
