Terms of Use (EULA)

This Terms of Use ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Hangzhou Blackstone Dimension Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," or "us") regarding your use of the Smart Packer application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your internal business or personal use strictly in accordance with the App's documentation. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.
2. Freemium Model & Quota Policy
Smart Packer operates on a "Freemium" model. We provide robust free trials so you can evaluate the algorithm's performance before making a purchase. The specific trial quotas are governed by the following rules:
1. Free Calculation Quota (5 Times):
New users are granted 5 free calculation credits. A credit is strictly consumed only when a new 3D loading calculation is executed.
Idempotent Operations: Repeating an exact calculation, reviewing historical 3D plans, or merely modifying the project's title are considered idempotent operations. These actions will not consume your free calculation quota.
2. AR Measurement Quota (20 Times - iOS Only):
You receive 20 free "capture" credits for the Augmented Reality dimension scanner. A credit is only consumed when you actively save a scanned dimension to your cargo list. Simply pointing the camera to view measurements without confirming/saving them is completely unlimited and free of charge.
3. Premium Features (PDF Export):
Generating and exporting professional PDF reports is an exclusive feature restricted to Pro Version members. Free users can preview the 3D results but cannot export the PDF manifest.
3. Pro Version & Buyout Model
To unlock unlimited calculations, unlimited AR scanning, and PDF exports, you must purchase the Pro Version.
- Lifetime License (One-Time Payment): We reject subscription fatigue. The Pro Version is a one-time buyout. A single payment permanently unlocks the current core features for the lifetime of the App on the platform where you made the purchase.
- Platform Restrictions: Purchases are tied to the platform ecosystem (e.g., Apple ID for iOS, Google Account for Google Play, or your registered account for Mainland China Android markets). Cross-platform transfer of licenses (e.g., from iOS to Android) is not supported by the respective platform payment gateways.
- No Refunds by Developer: All transactions are processed securely by the respective App Store distributors. We do not process payments directly and have no technical ability to issue refunds. Any refund requests must be directed to Apple Support, Google Play Support, or the respective payment channel according to their policies. As a digital virtual product, the Pro license is generally non-refundable once activated unless there is a severe technical failure.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
⚠️ RESULTS AND MEASUREMENTS ARE FOR REFERENCE ONLY
1. Theoretical Algorithms: The loading plans generated by Smart Packer are based on ideal mathematical and physical models. Real-world loading involves unpredictable variables, including but not limited to cargo packaging deformation, vehicle aging, uneven road surfaces, and human loading error.
2. AR Accuracy: The AR scanning feature utilizes mobile device sensors. The measurements provided are approximations and can be affected by ambient lighting, background contrast, and device hardware limitations.
You, the User, hold sole responsibility for verifying actual physical dimensions and ensuring that the final loading strictly complies with local traffic laws, axle weight limits, and safety regulations. The Company shall NOT be held liable for any traffic fines, accidents, cargo damage, or financial loss resulting directly or indirectly from your reliance on the App.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The core packing algorithms, 3D rendering engines, source code, UI/UX designs, and all related documentation are the exclusive Trade Secrets and Copyrighted Property of Hangzhou Blackstone Dimension Technology Co., Ltd.
You agree not to copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App. Extracting the core algorithm or creating derivative works based on our software is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court located in Shangcheng District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.

1. 许可授予
在您遵守本协议的前提下，本公司授予您一项有限的、非独占的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，允许您严格按照应用的说明文档，下载、安装并使用本应用以进行内部业务或个人用途。本应用是授权许可给您的，而非出售。
2. 免费试用与额度规则
智装箱 (Smart Packer) 采用“免费增值（Freemium）”模式。我们提供充足的免费试用额度，以便您在购买前充分评估算法性能。具体的试用额度遵循以下严谨规则：
1. 免费计算额度（5 次）：
新用户将获得 5 次免费的装载计算额度。该额度仅在您发起一次全新的 3D 装载运算时才会被消耗。
幂等操作说明： 重新计算完全相同的货物/车辆方案、查看历史 3D 方案，或者仅仅修改方案的名称，均被视为“幂等操作”，这些操作绝对不会消耗您的免费计算次数。
2. AR 测量额度（20 次 - 仅限 iOS 端）：
您将获得 20 次免费的 AR 增强现实尺寸“捕获”额度。只有当您在 AR 界面中实际保存并应用测量尺寸到货物列表时，才会消耗一次额度。如果您仅仅是打开相机进行纯粹的视觉测量和体验（不保存数据），该操作完全免费且不限次数。
3. 高级功能（导出 PDF）：
生成并导出专业的 PDF 装箱清单及报告是 Pro 专业版 会员的专属特权。免费试用用户可以查看完整的 3D 结果，但无法导出 PDF。
3. Pro 专业版与买断制说明
为了解锁无限次计算、无限次 AR 扫描及 PDF 导出功能，您需要购买 Pro 专业版。
- 终身许可（一次性买断）： 我们拒绝持续订阅的模式。Pro 专业版采用一次性买断制。只需支付一次，即可在您购买的平台上永久解锁当前应用的所有核心功能。
- 平台限制： 购买记录与您所在的生态平台（如 iOS 的 Apple ID，Google Play 账号，或中国大陆安卓市场的注册账号）绑定。由于各大应用商店支付系统的隔离，会员授权不支持跨系统（如 iOS 转移至 Android）互通。
- 退款政策： 全球版的所有交易均由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 安全托管处理；中国大陆安卓版则通过微信或支付宝渠道处理。我们作为开发者无法直接获取您的财务信息，也无技术权限执行退款。退款请求必须根据相应平台的政策向官方客服提出。由于 Pro 授权属于数字化虚拟商品，一经激活，除严重技术故障外，原则上不予退款。
4. 免责声明
⚠️ 计算结果与测量尺寸仅供参考
1. 理论算法： 智装箱 (Smart Packer) 生成的装载方案基于理想的数学和物理模型。现实世界中的装载涉及不可预测的变量，包括但不限于货物包装的形变、车辆底板的老化、路面颠簸以及人工装卸的误差。
2. AR 精度： AR 扫描功能依赖于移动设备的传感器。其提供的测量值受环境光线、背景对比度及设备硬件限制的影响，存在一定的估算误差。
用户必须自行承担核实实际物理尺寸的责任，并确保最终的实际装载严格遵守当地的交通法规、轴重限制和安全规范。对于因您依赖本应用直接或间接导致的任何超载罚款、交通事故、货物损毁或经济损失，本公司概不负责。
5. 知识产权保护
本应用的核心装箱算法、3D渲染引擎、源代码、UI/UX 设计以及所有相关文档，均为杭州黑石维度科技有限公司独有的商业秘密和受版权保护的财产。
您同意不复制、修改、改编、翻译、反向工程、反编译或反汇编本应用的任何部分。严禁提取核心算法或基于本软件创作衍生作品，违者我们将诉诸法律，追究其最大法律责任。
6. 法律适用与争议管辖
本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖并按其解释，不适用冲突法原则。因本协议引起的或与本协议有关的任何争议，应提交至中国浙江省杭州市上城区有管辖权的人民法院专属管辖。

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、お客様（以下「ユーザー」）と Hangzhou Blackstone Dimension Technology Co., Ltd.（以下「当社」）との間の、Smart Packer アプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する法的拘束力のある合意です。本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、お客様は本規約に拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。
1. ライセンスの付与
お客様が本規約を遵守することを条件として、当社はお客様に対し、内部業務または個人的な目的のために本アプリを使用する限定的、非独占的、譲渡不能なライセンスを付与します。本アプリはライセンス供与されるものであり、販売されるものではありません。
2. 無料試用と制限ルール
本アプリは「フリーミアム」モデルを採用しています。購入前にアルゴリズムを評価できるよう、以下の厳格なルールに基づいて無料試用枠を提供しています。
1. 無料計算枠（5回）：
新規ユーザーには5回の無料計算クレジットが付与されます。クレジットは、完全に新しい3D積載計算が実行された場合にのみ消費されます。
べき等操作： 全く同じ貨物設定での再計算、過去のプランの閲覧、またはプロジェクト名の変更などの操作はクレジットを消費しません。
2. AR測定枠（20回 - iOSのみ）：
AR（拡張現実）寸法スキャナーには20回の無料「保存」クレジットが付与されます。クレジットは、スキャンした寸法を貨物リストに保存（適用）した場合にのみ消費されます。寸法を保存せずにカメラで測定値をプレビューするだけの操作は、無制限かつ完全に無料です。
3. プレミアム機能（PDFエクスポート）：
プロフェッショナルなPDFレポートの生成とエクスポートは、Pro版（製品版）メンバー専用の機能です。無料ユーザーは3D結果のプレビューのみ可能で、PDFをエクスポートすることはできません。
3. Pro版（買い切り型）について
無制限の計算、ARスキャン、PDFエクスポートをアンロックするには、Pro版を購入する必要があります。
- 永久ライセンス（一括払い）： Pro版は一括払いの買い切り型です。一度の支払いで、購入したプラットフォームにおける現在のコア機能を永久に利用できます。追加のサブスクリプション料金は発生しません。
- プラットフォームの制限： 購入は各プラットフォーム（iOSのApple IDやGoogle Playアカウントなど）に紐付けられます。異なるシステム間（iOSからAndroidなど）でのライセンスの移行はサポートされていません。
- 返金について： すべての取引はアプリストアまたは決済代行会社によって安全に処理されます。開発者である当社は返金処理を行う権限を持っていません。返金リクエストは、プラットフォームのサポートにお問い合わせください。デジタル商品であるため、重大な技術的欠陥がない限り、原則として返金は行われません。
4. 免責事項
⚠️ シミュレーション結果および測定値は参考用です
1. 理論的アルゴリズム： 本アプリが生成する積載プランは、理想的な数学・物理モデルに基づいています。実際の積載では、貨物の変形、車両の劣化、路面状況、作業員の誤差など、予測不可能な要因が影響します。
2. ARの精度： ARスキャン機能は環境光やデバイスの制限により、誤差が生じる場合があります。
実際の寸法を確認し、現地の交通法規、軸重制限、および安全基準を厳守して積載を行う責任は、すべてユーザーにあります。本アプリの使用に起因する罰金、事故、貨物の破損、または経済的損失について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
5. 知的財産権
本アプリのアルゴリズム、3Dレンダリングエンジン、ソースコードなどは、当社の営業秘密および著作物です。本アプリの逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング、またはコアアルゴリズムの抽出は厳重に禁止されており、違反した場合は法的に追及されます。
6. 準拠法と管轄裁判所
本規約は中華人民共和国法に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されます。本規約に関連するいかなる紛争も、中国浙江省杭州市上城区の管轄裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
